The Villa Raimondi complex is located within a park area of 50,000 square meters, where large grassy areas are interrupted by tree-lined surfaces. The main element of the complex is a large neoclassical manor house, commissioned in 1802 by Innocenzo Odescalchi to the Ticinese architect Simone Cantoni. In 1826, the property was inherited by the Raimondi Mantica family, a wealthy lineage that owned about ten luxurious residences in the area, including Villa Olmo in Como. 
The villa is surrounded by a large park with three access points from different locations, one of which is directly from the town center. Attached to the villa complex is the famous and charming church, still consecrated, where the wedding of Giuseppe Garibaldi and Giuseppina Raimondi was celebrated.
Within the approximately 50,000 square meter park, there are century-old tall trees and wide lawn areas, where a beautiful large swimming pool with a solarium has been constructed, along with changing rooms and a fitness room. There is also a tennis court within the park.
In the noble part of the villa, in the oldest section dating back to the early nineteenth century, there is an apartment of approximately 105 square meters.
